Employer and Location: Tytan Mech Inc. is seeking a full-time Plumber Helper to complete residential and commercial projects in the city of Calgary and surrounding areas.

Position and Title: Plumber Helper

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Position

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: Experience an asset

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail.

Personal Suitability: Dependability, reliability, team player, hardworking.

Terms of Employment:

  • $26.00 per hour 
  • Full-time 40 hours per week
  • 6% vacation pay

Specific Skills:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials;
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements;
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction;
  • Assist in demolishing buildings;
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials;
  • Perform routine maintenance work;
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
