We are looking to hire on a full-time basis a Pharmacy Clerk/Aide, who can perform the following duties:

 

  • Help pharmacists and other pharmacy staff with packaging and labelling of pharmaceutical products.
  • Help in maintaining prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment.
  • Clean and maintain equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure the visual standards and image of the store is maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
  • Accountable for opening and closing the pharmacy on time, including arming and disarming pharmacy alarms.
  • Accountable for counting and balancing tills and float at the beginning and end of each shift.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy store experience.
  • The ability to understand and communicate with different client segments.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, days, evenings and weekends, Monday through Sunday.
