E1 Health is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to provide administrative tasks needed to support our management, and other team members.

This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and staff members.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, brochures, publications, presentations, patient reports and related material;
  • Schedule and confirm transportation appointments and meetings as required for staff and patients;
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally;
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
  • Receiving calls, making calls, communicating, and co-ordinating patient transfers from health care facilities;
  • Receiving calls, making calls, communicating, and co-ordinating patient transfers with drivers and other staff;
  • Inputting, managing and reviewing input of transfer information into computerized system;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings;
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations;
  • Compile data, statistics and other information to support staff as necessary from time to time;
  • Organize conferences as required;
  • May assist with Medical Patient Transport Driving duties from time to time if required.

 

Qualifications:

• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or relevant program OR minimum 1-year previous clerical experience is required.
• Good time management skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator with a focus on quality work.
