Nanny / Child Caregiver – Private Home

Description

We are looking for a full time nanny/child caregiver to take care of our child.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, Day

Wage: $19-23/hour( to be negotiated), 30-40 hours per week

Education: college, CEGEP or other non University certificate or diploma from a program of 1 or 2 years or equivalent experience

Language:  English

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work site environment:

◦ Non-smoking

◦ Scent free

Tasks:

◦ Change diapers

◦ Follow parents' lead with toilet training Sterilize

◦ bottles and prepare formulas

◦ Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

◦ Shop for food and household supplies

◦ Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties

◦ Bathe, dress and feed infants and children

◦ Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents

◦ Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development

◦ Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children

◦ Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

◦ Prepare and serve nutritious meals

◦ Prepare infants and children for rest periods
