Marketing Specialist

Description

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to clients' business goals, ensuring consistent brand identity across all visual and written materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience and market position, and translate insights into effective marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate the creation of logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral, and digital assets to meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Draft compelling copy for promotional materials, social media posts, websites, and advertisements in line with each client's brand voice.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives, including digital campaigns and print marketing.
• Monitor post campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Liaise with designers and printers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of promotional materials.
• Present branding and marketing proposals to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to continuously refine and enhance marketing and branding strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• Language: English
• Education: College’s diploma or above in marketing, advertising, or other related fields.
• Work Experience: 1 year or above of related work experience.

Term/Schedule:

• Full-time, permanent
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
