Educational and Experience Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school is required
Job requirements:
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in food service industry.
Language Requirements:
English
Start date:
ASAP
Wage:
$20.00 – $22.00 /hour (Depending on experience)
Hours:
30-40 hours per week
Benefits:
4% remuneration vacation pay, Tip
Job Duties:
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food and beverage
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Establish work schedules and procedures, and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
– Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
