Little Beetle in Chilliwack is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent assistant manager.
Conditions
Position: Assistant Manager (Full-Time, Permanent position)
Wage: $35.00 – $37.00 per hour (Wages to be determined based on experience and skills)
Working hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week (Shifted Schedule)
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 3 years or more of experience

Job Duties
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Set staff work schedules
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
