Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Drywall Installer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall systems according to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, cut, and shape drywall sheets to fit wall and ceiling layouts.
• Mount and fasten drywall panels securely to wooden or metal framing structures.
• Install metal corner beads to safeguard and reinforce outside corners against impact.
• Apply joint compound to fill gaps, fastener holes, and surface imperfections using hand tools such as trowels and broad knives.
• Use a taping machine to apply drywall tape over seams, embedding it smoothly in the compound.
• Apply additional layers of compound as needed, sanding between coats to achieve a seamless, polished finish.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing
• Completion of secondary school preferred
