Position: Head Cook

Positions Available: 1

Wage: $37.00 per hour

Hours of Work: 30~40 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
• Instruct and deploy the kitchen staff considering daily operation.
• Develop recipes and determine how to present dishes.
• Plan menus and ensure the quality of meals.
• Create and develop new menus and recipes.
• Prepare and cook complete meals from the menu.
• Order and maintain an inventory of food and supplies.
• Ensure food and work safety as the company standards.
• Hire and train cooks and other kitchen staff.
• Participate in meetings with the owner and manager, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: Minimum 5 years cook experience
• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
