Sushi Mania Japanese Restaurant in Vancouver, BC is looking for a full time Head Chef position.

Position: Head Chef
Job Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants in an establishment, restaurant chains, hospitals or other establishments with food services
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
- Supervise activities of chefs, cooks and other kitchen helpers
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- May prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 5 years of experience in commercial food preparation
Conditions.
Wage: $23-$37 per hour
Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
Working Location: 3851 Main Street Suite 1, Vancouver, British Columbia, V5V 3P1
