Skill Requirements:
– Education: No formal education required
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
– Languages: Written and Oral English
Duties:
Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for guest service and daily operations.
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
Participate in the development and execution of pricing, marketing, and promotional strategies to
enhance guest satisfaction and business performance.
Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely provision of quality
materials and supplies.
Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff to deliver exceptional service and operational
efficiency.
Oversee guest relations, promptly address and resolve customer complaints and service issues to
maintain high standards of hospitality.
