Description

We are looking for a well experienced Front Desk Agent for “Broadstreet Properties Ltd” located at 700 Petersen Road Campbell River, BC V9W 3H7 Canada; However, you will be required to work at various locations in the region.

JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, and complete the check-in process efficiently.

  • Issue room keys, provide information about resort amenities, policies, and local attractions.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.

  • Process guest check-outs, review bills, handle payments, and balance cash or credit transactions accurately.

  • Maintain an accurate record of room availability, guest accounts, and daily shift reports.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and service requests are completed.

  • Manage luggage assistance, arrange transportation or special requests, and ensure VIP guest satisfaction.

  • Handle messages, wake-up calls, and delivery of parcels or amenities to guest rooms.

  • Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures in accordance with resort policies.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.

  • Assist guests with special needs or accessibility requirements courteously and respectfully.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and preparing shift handover notes.

  • Promote resort services, packages, and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and maximize sales.

  • Ensure all front desk activities comply with Resort’s service standards and hospitality values.

 

Prerequisites:

 

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience & Skills: 5 years or more in front office operations, guest relations, and hotel management within luxury resorts and international hospitality settings. 

 

Language: English


 

Hourly Rate: $19.75 for 30 to 40 Hours per week

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

 

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
