• EMPLOYER: SHO INC. O/A SHO SUSHI BAR AND KITCHEN
• Salary $15.00 to $16.00 / Hour (To be negotiated)
• 2 Vacancies
• Terms of employment Permanent, Full time 35 to 40 Hours / Week
• Start date As soon as possible
• Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Night
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the Food service industry
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player
Work Setting: Restaurant
Specific Skills
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
• Ensure food service and quality control,
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
• Prepare and submit reports,
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres,
• Supervise and check assembly of trays,
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys,
• Establish work schedules.
• Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules,
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
