Position: Food Service Supervisor

Location: Country Style- Port Perry, Ontario

Country Style is looking for “Food Service Supervisor” for their Port Perry location.

Those who wants to make career in food service industry can apply for this position. Country Style is a fast/casual chain of coffee shops, operating primarily in the Canadian province of Ontario which serves oatmeal, soup, sandwiches, salads, and coffee etc.

The person should have Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years’ work experience in food service industry, fluent in English language, ability to supervise 3-4 people, willing to work in fast paced environment, sitting, standing, walking and standing for extended hours. The person should have excellent oral communication, effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player qualities.

The person should have the skills like, to establish methods to meet work schedules, train staff in job duties, should know sanitation and safety procedures, skills to hire food service staff, able to address customers’ complaints and concerns, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensure food service and quality control, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for chef, must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules.

Salary will be $18.00 per hour. This is full time permanent job and 37.5 work hours will be there in a week. Interested persons can apply either by email i.e.
