1422355 BC LTD DBA The Chopped Leaf is looking for full-time and permanent 1 Food Service Supervisor at Kelowna, BC, V1V 1Y1. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $37.00/hr and 30 to 40 hours/week.
Job Description:

  • Develop procedures to effectively manage work schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate the tasks of staff involved in preparing and portioning food
  • Train employees in their roles, as well as in hygiene and safety practices
  • Calculate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal production
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly
  • Keep accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Create and organize staff work schedules

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

1 year to less than 2 years
