Dandy Enterprise Ltd. dba Hungry Bear Restaurant in Fort St. John, BC is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Food Service Supervisor.

Conditions:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent position)
• Wage: $17.85 – $20.00 per hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year
• Positions Available: 1

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Establish work schedule

• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Perform cashier’s or server’s duties such as taking orders and processing payments if needs
