Position: Line Cook (NOC 6322)
Position Available: 1
Employer: Singletrack Sushi Inc. o/a Whistler Samurai Sushi
Working Location: 7015 Nesters Rd., Whistler, BC V8E 0X1
Working Condition:
Permanent, Full Time
Wage: $18.00~$22.00 per hour (depend of experience)
Working hours: 35~40 hours per week
Job duties:
Prepare and cook Japanese specialty foods
Plan and create new menus and ensure foods meet quality standards
Fill in for or assist the head chef
Responsible for scheduling and substituting when the head chef is off-duty
Instruct kitchen helpers
Requirement
At least 1 year of cook experience
Must be available to work at least one day on a weekend
Completion of high school
Language: English (Japanese or Korean communication skills will be beneficial)
