Conditions

• Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-time, Permanent Position)
• Wage: $15.25 – $18.00/hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
• Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Vacation: 15 paid vacation per year or 5.77% gross salary
• Position Available: 1

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school
• 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required.
• Language: English is required

Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Establish work schedule
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Perform cashier’s or server’s duties such as taking orders and processing payments if needs
