Hours: 32–44 hours per week

Job Description

Tim Hortons is currently seeking motivated, reliable, and experienced Food Service Supervisors to join our team in Grand Falls, New Brunswick.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of food service team members.

  • Train new employees on job duties, food safety, and restaurant procedures.

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability.

  • Assist with daily restaurant operations and resolve customer concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Support management in achieving operational goals, including speed of service and guest satisfaction.

  • Assist team members with food preparation, order taking, and serving customers as needed.

  • Maintain records of inventory, sales, waste, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant operations is required.

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.

  • Strong communication skills
