Experience:
Two years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.
Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Overseeing food and beverage operations.
• Curating menus that include food offerings and beverage pairings
• Implement operational procedures for the food and beverage department
• Hiring, training, and managing both kitchen and service staff, bartenders, and servers
• Set staff work schedules and monitor their performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices for both, food and drink supplies.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and beverage supplies.
Essential Skills:
