Job Duties:
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the tasks performed by accommodation services clerks
- Establish work schedules and protocols
- Coordinate tasks with other departments or work units
- Address work-related issues and compile and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation
- Arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed
- Assist clients/guests with specific needs

Recruit and train personnel in job responsibilities, safety protocols, and corporate policies
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
