Bento & Sushi is looking for full-time Restaurant Cooks

Description

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $16.75~$17.50/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 2

·         Work Location: 670-4900 27st Street, Vernon, BC V1T 7G7

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Oversee kitchen staff and helpers

·         Order kitchen supplies and equipment if needed

·         Prepare dishes and foods by using standardized recipes

·         Clean the Kitchen and work areas

·         Inspect the food preparation area and make sure the area is in hygienic conditions

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
