ONIKON Creative Lab Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Clerks Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of customer service clerks handling client inquiries, bookings, and order processing.
- Establish work schedules and operational procedures to ensure efficient day-to-day workflow.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues, and coordinate with other departments when necessary.
- Train and onboard new staff in customer service procedures, company policies, and internal systems.
- Monitor the operation of booking, order-processing, and arrange technical support when issues occur.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality expectations.
- Perform customer service or clerical duties when required.
Requirements:
– Completion of a college or industry-related course in customer service or business administration is preferred
– 1-2 years of previous work experience in a customer service or supervisory role is required
Working Conditions:
– Wage: $30.00 per hour (negotiable), plus 4% vacation pay
– Working hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full-time position)
