Schedule: Day, Morning, Evening, Early Morning, Weekend availability, Overtime required/available

Vivant Coton Limited is a growing textile and fashion company operating in Canada, offering a wide range of garments and textile products. We are expanding our corporate operations in the Atlantic region and are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to lead sales activities, build business relationships, and manage regional sales operations. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in the clothing or textile industry.
- Languages: English
- Education: College diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: On-site only (no remote option)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Organize and supervise regional/divisional sales operations
- Plan and evaluate department activities across commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail sectors
- Establish organizational policies and procedures related to sales
- Determine strategic planning for new product lines
- Manage negotiations of sales contracts and maintain business client relationships
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Recruit, organize, and train staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Arrange staff training
