    Work Experience: 3 years of experience as a cook

Local bar and comfort food

We are a historical bar with a modern twist. Comfortable seats, wood burning stove, friendly staff and great food. This is a neighborhood social house where everyone is welcome and the place that is not easy to leave.

    Job Duties:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

May clean kitchen and work area

May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

May train kitchen staff.

Follow sanitation procedures and ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas.

Inspect kitchen and food service areas.

Assist in introducing new dishes in the menu.

Other duties of required

    Job Requirements:

Experience – 3 years of experience as a cook is required

Punctual,

Honest,

Hardworking,

Reliable

Should be willing to work in the morning and in the evening, sometimes on the weekends
