Description
Our restaurant serves traditional hotpot, and we are in Regina, Saskatchewan. Now we are looking for an experienced full-time Cook position.

Wage: $17.00 ~ $18.00 per hour.
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Working (Business) Location: 2410 Dewdney Ave. suite 270, Regina, SK S4R 1H6
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
– Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
– Order supplies and equipment.
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
– Clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
– Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling, and so on.)
