Salary: CD$21/Hour

Job description:

Preparing basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes.

-Memorizing and utilizing our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.

-Ensuring that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.

-Working with a team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed.

-Monitoring product freshness and rotating out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.

Requirements:

Education: At Least completion of Secondary School

Experience: Cooking experience, minimum of one year

Work Location: On site

Working hours: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Holidays, Overtime

Skills: Knowlegeable on Italian Cuisine, Mediterranean Cuisine, Canadian, Vegetarian
