• Prepare and cook meals or individual dishes
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Training of staff in kitchen

SKILLS

• Completion of secondary school
• 1-2 years previous experience as a cook
• Excellent communication skills
