Position: Chef

Vacancy: 1

Wage: 24.00-36.00 hourly

Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.

Working Location: 622 PATRICIA Street, Jasper, Alberta T0E 1E0

Responsibilities:

• – Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
• – Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• – Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• – Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
• – Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• – Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school

– At least 5 years of cooking experience
