The OneJC Sushi & Korean Ltd. (o/a Dami Sushi & Korean Restaurant) is a Japanese & Korean style restaurant located in Vancouver. We offer a delightful combination of Japanese and Korean cuisine, serving fresh and delicious dishes. We are looking for a Cook who would like to join our team.

Position: Full-time Cook
Vacancy: 2
Wage: $19 ~ $21.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working (Business) Location: 3280 E 22nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5M 2Y9
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
– Oversee kitchen operations
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– May clean kitchen and work area
– May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
– 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
– Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling etc.)
– Ability to work as a team
