Construction Labourer

Built-in Deco Ltd. in Coquitlam, BC is looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Construction Labourer.

Conditions:

Ÿ  Job Title; Construction Labourer (NOC 75110)

Ÿ  Full-Time, Permanent position, 30-40 hours/week

Ÿ  Hourly Wage: $24.00-$25.00/hour

Ÿ  Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Ÿ  Ability to work on weekends or holidays according to the working schedule.

And the candidate will be expected to work at various construction sites in Greater Vancouver (Richmond, Vancouver, Coquitlam, Burnaby etc.)

Job Requirements:

·         Necessary training will be provided

·         Person with previous experience in a similar setting will be given priority, but experience is not a mandatory requirement

·         Language: English

Job Duties:

·         Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment

• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Demolish existing carpentry
• Cabinet assemble and install
• Drywall work (mud and paint)

Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
