Position: Coffee Shop Supervisor / Food Service Supervisor

Number of job vacancy: 1

Working Hours: 30~40hrs per week (overtime wage will be applied after 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)

Wage: $21.00 per hour

Benefits: 4% of Vacation Pay from each gross payroll

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Main duties

• Supervising and coordinating staff activities involved in food and beverage preparation
• Estimating and managing inventory, including ordering ingredients and supplies
• Maintaining quality control standards for food and service
• Recording stock levels, sales, and wastage accurately
• Generating reports and preparing food order summaries for review
• Establishing and managing work schedules and training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school
• Flexible availability for weekends & holidays
• Food safe level 1
• 2-3 years of experience in food preparation/service is required
