Description
The Mighty Fraser Motel is currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property.
Wage: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time
-Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire and train cleaning staff or arrange for their training
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
Prepare budget and cost estimates related to cleaning operations
-Requirements:
Completion of secondary (high) school
Over 1 year of experience in a related role
Strong organizational and supervisory skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
