Hi-Tech Forming Ltd. is located at 35729 Hawksview Place in Abbotsford, BC. We build multi-story parking lots on commercial buildings. We are currently hiring a full-time Carpenter

Position: Full-time Carpenter
Vacancies: 1
Main Duties:
– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
– Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
– Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweights steel and other materials.
– Fit and install trim items, such as windows, doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
– Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof system
– Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.
– Supervise apprentices and other construction workers.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
At least 2 years of experience related to carpentry
Wage: $22.00 ~ $31.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours per week
Working Location: Abbotsford and neighboring areas
