Job Position: Buyer – Wholesale (NOC 62101)
Number of Openings: 1 
Language at Work: English 
 
Job Duties: 
– Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
– Maintain adequate stock levels
– Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers
– Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets
– Provide customer service
– Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
– Select and purchase merchandise for resale
 
Job Requirement: 
– Completion of secondary school is required. 
– Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail/sales industry or as a whoesale buyer required.
– Experience in wholesale trade and distribution sector is an asset
 
Term: Permanent, Full-Time (30-40 hours per week) 
Wage: $28.85-$30.00 / hour
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
