Education:
A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, management, commerce,
finances, financial engineering or a related discipline is required.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience required.
Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.
Duties:
Analyze and evaluate managerial methods, organizational structures, and operational
processes to identify areas for improvement
Conduct research and assessments to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of
management policies, programs, and procedures.
Develop and recommend improvements to business systems, operational processes,
human resources practices, records management, security management, and
communications functions.
Conduct quality audits and design quality management and assurance standards to
support ISO and other regulatory or certification requirements.
Provide expert advice to management on regulatory compliance, governance, and
policy development, and prepare submissions or documentation for regulatory
bodies.
Plan and coordinate organizational restructuring, process optimization, and change
management initiatives to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and implementation plans outlining proposed
strategies, process improvements, and expected outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved recommendations and
monitor results against performance targets.
