1704458 Ontario Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Building Maintenance Supervisor with some related building maintenance experience to supervise and coordinate the activities of our building maintenance technicians. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant experience to establish their career.

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of building technicians and service workers engaged in the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the building. 
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other workers.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
• Train workers in various job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
• Prepare work progress and building reports.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of previous building maintenance or related experience is required.
• Good time management skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator with a focus on quality work.
