- 7 months to less than 1 year of mass production experience in a food plant setting
- 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience lifting weights up to 50 lbs

Skills and Duties
- Food safety/handling skills
- Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
- Remove filled containers from conveyors
- Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
- Feed and unload processing machines
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Prepare raw materials for mixing process
- Report information to supervisor
- Apply quality control procedure
- Make labels and attach to goods
- Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products
- Package products
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
Additional Skills and Duties
- Measure and mix raw ingredients precisely, following strict recipes and product specifications.
- Operate large-volume baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proof boxes with care and attention to safety.
- Assist producing the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) based on orders received

Perform production duties as assigned for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings &/or other Pastries), which may include but are not limited to:
- Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, slicing…etc.
- Prepare various fillings such as fruits, meat, paste, custards…etc.
- Control fermentation and baking time and monitor the temperature of the Proofer and oven
- Ensure product (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) quality, freshness, inventory level and wastage
- Pack and label final products for sale or distribution, ensuring that all packaging meets company standards for presentation and quality.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management immediately to prevent disruptions in production.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene, equipment and tools after using and workplace safety of the production area
