Spice + Farm Retail & Wholesale Ltd. Dba Day to Day Grocery & Produce in Victoria is looking for Permanent, Full-time positions for One Store manager – Retail to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Location: Victoria, BC

Positions Available: 1 (One)

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Compensation: $34.97 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week.

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Language of Work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Skills and Education:

1 year to leass than 2 years of experience

Completion of Secondary School
