PBRC Food Enterprises Ltd DBA Woking Dragon China Bistro is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Assistant
Manager-Restaurant at 101-1198 Lansdowne Dr, Coquitlam BC V3E 1J7. Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of
hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).
Main duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering
Employment requirements:
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. Several years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
