Corporate Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a passion for hospitality, training and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Corporate Restaurant Manager, you are Freshii’s brand ambassador and play a critical role in training, leading and coaching Franchise Partners, Managers and Corporate Store Team Members to operate successful and profitable stores. You will be responsible for training all new Franchise Partners and Managers while managing the daily operations of our Corporate Freshii store. You will report directly to our Regional Operations Manager and work to deliver an uncompromising approach to guest experience, food safety and operational excellence.

What this role entails:

• Execute our Freshii manager in training curriculum, which involves training new Franchise Partners, Managers and Team Members on all Freshii standards
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, develop, coach and evaluate Corporate Store Team Members. You are their direct mentor!
• Create an environment where guests and team members are happy. Motivate your team to spread positive energy, be passionate about our menu items, contribute ideas to improve guest experience and work efficiently
• Manage and optimize Team Member scheduling and labour metrics
• Maintain optimal food cost ratios through portioning, purchasing, inventory and waste controls
• Analyze, track and submit key financial/operational results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, as well as all other administrative reports
• Develop and execute on-the-ground marketing tactics to increase sales and traffic
• Maintain all operational policies and procedures, safety protocols, as well as government regulations
• Assist with corporate product and equipment testing and cross functional projects as needed
• Continue to improve current training tools and operational tools
• This role may include travel to other store locations to train Franchise Partners & Managers
• This role may require you to work evenings or weekends

Qualifications:

• Leadership Skills – You are interested in promoting the Freshii mission and strong leadership skills to create a positive team culture
• Training Experience – You are comfortable with hands-on training demonstrations and providing feedback for development
• Relationship Management – You can quickly develop and foster trusting, healthy relationships with Franchise Partners and Team Members
• Restaurant Experience – You are familiar with restaurant management and/or retail store profitability including COGS, inventory and labour/scheduling and can confidently coach Franchise Partners in these areas
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, organizational skills and business acumen and are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You are a strong self-starter, solution-oriented and have a willingness to get the job done, no matter what
