– Hourly Wage: C$39.00 to C$40.00 (depending on experience)
– Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
– Job Location: 330-1175 Johnson St. Coquitlam, BC V3B 7K1
– Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary
– Start Date: As soon as possible
– Work Setting: Supermarket / Meat Department
– Work Conditions: Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination
 

Job Requirements

– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Experience: 3-5 years of experience
– Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Organized, Team player
– Language of work: English
 

Job Duties

– Clean meats in preparation for processing and cutting
– Cut, trim and prepare meats into standard cuts
– Grind meats to produce ground meat products
– Weigh, wrap, package and price prepared meat products for sale
– Supervise and train butchers and meat cutters
