HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Employer: Super8 Salmon Arm
Location: Salmon Arm, BC
Wage: $27.00 per hour
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Super8 Salmon Arm is seeking a reliable and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.

Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

Assist cleaners with their duties when required.

Coordinate work activities with other departments.

Establish and manage staff work schedules.

Arrange maintenance, repairs, renovations, and replacement of furnishings or equipment.

Receive payments for specialized cleaning services.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation certificate.

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Good communication skills, reliability, and sound judgment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
