     Terms of Employment:  Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, with regular daytime hours and occasional overtime as project needs require.  

     Language Requirement(s): English  

    Wage: 23.00$ -25.00$ per hour

    Job Duties: 

  •  Assist carpenters and site leads with general construction tasks on residential and light commercial projects.

  •  Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and supplies around the job site.

  •  Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to support safe operations.

  •  Use hand tools and basic power tools as directed for demolition, framing, and site preparation work.

  •  Help with forms, concrete prep, cleanup, and other labour duties as projects require.

  •  Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and supervisor instructions at all times.

  •  Work cooperatively with the crew to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality standards.

  •  Support construction, renovation, and rural building projects in and around Watrous and Central Saskatchewan.
    Other duties as required

     Job Requirements: 

  •  Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  •  Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset, but not required.

  •  Comfortable using basic hand tools and following direction on site.

  •  Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and punctual attendance.

  •  Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new tasks.

  •  Able to lift, carry, and handle materials safely throughout the day.

  •  No formal post-secondary education required.

  •  Reliable transportation to rural job sites in the Watrous area is an asset.
