Description
Position: General Manager – Kinton Ramen Richmond Hill, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $25/hour, approximately $52,000 per year before deductions, based on 40 hours per week tips are additional.
Responsibilities :
– Manage daily restaurant operation.
– Hire, train, and supervise staff.
– Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory.
– Ensure food safety and health compliance.
– Handle costumer complaints and maintain service quality.
– Manage kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Requirements: Food safety certification, Smart Serve, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
