General Manager – Kinton Ramen, Richmond Hill
Employer: Amegold Restaurant Inc.
Salary:
– $25 CAD per hour.
– Approximately $52, 000 per year before deductions, assuming 40 hours per week.
– Paid weekly.
– Eligible to receive tips through the restaurant's tip pool.
Main Resposibilities:
– Oversee daily restaurant operations.
– Manage staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
– Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
– Ensure food safety and health regulations are followed.
– handle costumer complaints and service issues.
– Supervise kitchen and front-of-hpuse operations.
Working Conditions:
– Full-time position.
– Availability required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Food Safety and Smart Serve certifications required.
