Logilink Solutions Inc. O/A Logilink Staffing, located at 10-4255 Sherwoodtowne Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z 1Y5, is looking to hire one full-time Human Resources Officer (NOC 12101), to join their team, as soon as possible.

Positions available: 1
Type of employment – full-time and permanent
Start date – as soon as possible.
Wages: $38.00/hour, 35-40 hours per week
Language: English

Job duties:
• Identifying current and prospective staffing requirements.
• Preparing and posting notices and advertisements.
• Collecting and screening applicants.
• Contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews
• Co-ordinating and participating in evaluate candidates
• Notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers
• Recruiting and hiring staff.
• Arranging staff training.
• Advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
• Reviewing candidate inventories.
• Notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers.
• Advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

• Administering staff consultation and grievance procedures.
• Providing information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• A college diploma/bachelor's degree is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a related field is required.
