Burnt Out Creek Ranch requires 2 Beef Cattle Farm Workers in their Crooked River location to perform the following duties:

Job details:

Location: SW 33-45-11 W2 Crooked River, SK S0E 0R0

Salary: $17.50 hourly

Vacancies: 2 vacancies

Terms of employment: Term or contract Full time 40 to 50 hours per week

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime required

Job requirements:

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
 

On site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Handling animals
• Monitor the calving process
• Monitoring animal health
• Perform livestock feeding
• Prepare a clean, dry area for cows that are calving
• Treat livestock health issues
• Feed and tend animals
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Milk cows
• Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens
• Perform general farm duties
