Logilink Solutions Inc. O/A Logilink Staffing, located at 10-4255 Sherwoodtowne Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z 1Y5, is looking to hire one full-time Human Resources Manager (NOC 10011), to join their team, as soon as possible.
Positions available: 1
Type of employment – full-time and permanent
Start date – as soon as possible.
Wages: $37.00/hour, 35-40 hours per week

Job duties:
- Coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s goals.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, directing and motivating staff.
- Planning, organizing directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations.
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
- Reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Planning, developing and implementing recruitment and training strategies.
- Overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
- Overseeing the preparation of reports and managing contracts.
- Advising senior management.
- Responding to employee questions and complaints.
- Organizing and administering staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Conducting performance reviews.
Job Requirements:
• A college diploma is required
• A bachelor's degree is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a clerical or administrative position in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience as a Human Resources Manager is an asset.
