DeVry Greenhouses (1989) Ltd. is looking to hire 1 Farm Foreman/woman to do the following duties: 

Job Details: 

Location of work: On Site

Salary: $24.00/hourly for 40-55 hours per week

Terms of employment: Seasonal Full-time 

Start date: As soon as possible 

Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day

Tasks: 

  • Supervise Crew members
  • Coordinate planting and cultivating activities
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers
  • Check products for quality control

Supervision: 

  • 5-10 people 

Area of Specialization: 

  • Nursery or greenhouse

Job Requirements: 

  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
     
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years 
     
  • Language: English

Work conditions and physical capabilities:  Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, standing for extended period of times, handling heavy loads.
